On Slurpee BYO Cup Day, anything and everything can become a cup - even radio ads. From frisky whales to viking opera singers, each sound wave featured in our radio ads was digitally layered and produced using 3D printing – so we could create the first Sound Cup.
The voice over sound waves created the circumference of the cup whilst the sound effects determined the height and unique body shape. With the two sound waves intersecting a final mesh created the first ever cups made of sound.
